Campus computer labs offer the Colgate community options for everything from quickly checking email to extensive work on research papers to specialty software not available on one's personal computer.

ITS AV and Event Support

ITS has staff and resources available to assist with the technical needs of most on-campus events

  • Requests for AV support for campus events shall be submitted to ITS directly through the ITS Service Desk (itshelp@colgate.edu or 315-228-7111). 
  • Requests for AV support for campus events shall be submitted at least 14 business days in advance of the event. 
  • Requests for AV support for seminal campus events, conferences, webinars, and large-scale events shall be submitted at least 30 business days in advance of

Colgate University faculty, students, and staff have free, unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning's online library of high-quality training videos.

Over 5,000 high-quality, detailed training options include the latest software tools and skills, such as professional development, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Security, Technology, and more! New content is added weekly!

Courses are available for people at all experience and skill levels.

Playlists can be created for professional development and course work.
