I write with the sad news that David Sturges, Professor of Economics passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at his home in Hamilton, N.Y.

I write today to offer remembrances of Alexander (Sasha) Nakhimovsky, Associate Professor of Linguistics, Emeritus, who passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2024.

I write with the sad news that John Gallucci, professor of Romance Languages and Literatures passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
