We support tenure-track and tenured faculty at Colgate University to bring their interdisciplinary research ideas to light. With our major grants, you could receive up to $150,000 annually for a maximum of two years.

Your project should merge multiple disciplines to address a complex scientific challenge. The proposal must be scientifically sound and aim for significant contributions to the field. It should require expertise beyond what a single discipline can offer. While major projects usually last two years, we're open to especially ambitious projects with a shorter timeline.
