New Zealand Study Group
Colgate’s study group to Dunedin, New Zealand will feature excursions that emphasize New Zealand’s unique social and natural environments.
Students will directly enroll in The University of Otago, New Zealand’s oldest university, and take classes with local professors and students.
New York City Study Group
Colgate’s study group to New York City will live in Brooklyn and take four courses that focus on film and media history/theory and production, as well as the institutions and broader industries around film, media, and related arts.
These courses will examine the film and media ecosystem of New York City, and a rigorous structured internship experience in collaboration with the Independent Filmmakers Project.
Trinidad, St. Augustine Study Group

South Korea, Seoul
Colgate’s study group to Seoul, South Korea, focuses on education, Korean culture, and language.
Overview
On the South Korea Study Group, students spend a full academic semester living and learning in Seoul. The group is accompanied by a Colgate faculty director who teaches part of the students’ course load.
The study group’s operations are embedded with the Yonsei University, giving participants the opportunity to live and study with Korean students as well as with other international students at the university.
