Thursday/Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
On-demand fleet vehicle service and golf cart transportation originate in front of James C. Colgate Hall (Student Union). To make special arrangements, visit the Transportation Tent located outside the Student Union.
The Cruiser makes regular stops at James C. Colgate Hall (Student Union), downtown (Colgate Inn and Colgate Bookstore), Hotel One75, and College Street apartments. For live tracking, download the Colgate app from the App Store or Google Play.
Please note: masks must be worn at all times on the Colgate Cruiser, due to state laws that require they be worn on public transportation.
Please note that there will be no parking on Whitnall Field this year.
Clearly designated, legal parking spaces on campus are available on a first come, first-served basis. In addition to the spaces available on campus, reunion attendees can follow parking signs to the general parking lot off of Broad Street, adjacent to Tyler’s Field and behind Community Memorial Hospital. Overflow parking is available on the RV/Tent field behind Andy Kerr Stadium (accessed from College Street across from Newell Apartments). Shuttle transportation from these overflow lots to Whitnall Field is available on demand (look for signage at the lots). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Whenever possible, please take advantage of the Colgate Cruiser and/or our shuttle service, which originates in front of James C. Colgate Hall (Student Union).
Under New York State law, persons under the age of 21 cannot purchase or be served alcoholic beverages. The University requests that everyone conform to the letter of the law. Beer and wine are provided in the tents until midnight. There will be cash bars offering mixed drinks in the main tent on the field. Please note that law prohibits the possession and/or consumption of an open container of alcohol in public places and within vehicles, including vehicles driven by our student staff.
We strive to accommodate common dietary restrictions and provide clear labeling for those with food allergies. Food will be labeled at each meal to indicate whether it is vegetarian, vegan, or includes any common allergens.
If you need assistance or have any questions, please speak to on-site catering staff or the staff in Reunion Headquarters.
