The IT Service Desk is your gateway to the many services offered by ITS. The Service Desk staff handles thousands of phone calls, e-mails, and walk up support to the entire campus. Located on the third floor of Case Library and Geyer Center for Technology, the desk can provide assistance in fulfilling your requests for service.

Description: The Service Desk works with departments across campus to assist in the preparation of IT equipment and services during staffing transition times.  We have a checklist that we will review that includes hardware and software needs, desk phone and voicemail setup, as well as access to services like department fileshares and databases.

Availability: The Service Desk will assist all departments across campus.

Prerequisites: Human Resources notifies ITS of staffing changes and initiates the request for these services.

Description: The Service Desk offers consultation on using hardware and software that will best fit your needs.  Whether a purchase of hardware or software or an online tool, contact the Service Desk for a consultation with one of the IT staff that can best assist you with your questions.
