The counseling center partners with a telepsychiatry provider, Mantra. Students in need of medication as a supplement to treatment received at the counseling center can be referred to a telepsychiatry evaluation and continue to work with the psychiatric provider if they choose to follow their recommendations.
To schedule a telepsychiatry evaluation, please discuss this with your counselor. The student’s counselor must refer them directly to create a Mantra account. Assessments and follow-up care are offered at no cost to the student and do not require use of the student’s insurance. Learn more about Mantra Health.
Students who have more complex medical concerns may be referred to work with a campus physician at Student Health Services who can monitor their unique situation more closely.
