Dining Services, Colgate
Dining services at Colgate are provided via contract with Chartwells, part of Compass Group.
Colgate Cemetery
Colgate University maintains a small, private cemetery at the top of the hill behind Chapel House. Due to limited space, a cemetery policy determines eligibility for cemetery burial.
Faculty Housing
The University maintains several houses and a five-unit apartment complex for lease by faculty and staff. Faculty housing is primarily intended to support newly hired individuals who are relocating to the area, particularly during their first year of employment. Lease terms may vary based on the needs of the faculty/staff member.
Occupancy fees are adjusted annually based on the policy outlined below. A security deposit of 50 percent of one month’s occupancy fee is required prior to occupancy.
