The Counseling Center recognizes the importance of engaging with the Colgate and Hamilton community and are committed to help educate and train others about psychological topics. The counseling center outreach includes workshops, presentations, panel discussions, and other programming requested by student organizations, staff, and faculty. We also attend resource fairs and student orientations to provide information about our services. 

Outreach topics can address an array of topics, including some of the following:

  • Suicide Prevention
  • Stress and Anxiety Management
  • Empathy/Listening Skills
  • Positive Masculinity
  • Eating Disorder/Body Image
  • Difficulty Adjusting  

If you would like the Counseling Center to provide a program or workshop, please complete the outreach request form and a member of the staff will respond to your request.
