Colgate faculty and staff may commission charter buses for Colgate-related travel needs, such as class trips and research excursions.
 

Reservations for trips using charter bus services should be arranged at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance.  During the months of April, May, September, and October lead time is 2 months.  This is especially true if the trip includes weekend days (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday).
