Employee Resource Groups
Colgate University is committed to supporting the growth and development of workforce diversity through fostering the development of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). ERGs promote diversity and inclusion within Colgate; foster and strengthen workplace effectiveness and leadership abilities; enhance recruitment and retention; professional development; and promote career growth and success in the workplace.
New York State legislation requires that all University employees, faculty, and staff complete harassment training annually. On September 25, all employees received a notification email from “Human Resources cloud@universitysite.com” with a link to the training.

National Cybersecurity Awareness Month has come to a close this year, but that does not mean we should let our guard down. When it comes to improving security and privacy, being proactive means continuously thinking and working towards better practices. Security is a team sport, so please do not hesitate to reach out to your fellow colleagues and ITS for assistance with security questions or concerns.
