The Wellness Portal is a secure platform that allows you to easily manage your health information and communicate with the Health and Wellness team. You can access this confidential portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Using the Wellness Portal

Manage appointments

  • Make an appointment (available for Shaw Wellness only)
  • Cancel an appointment
  • Complete pre-appointment questionnaires (required for some appointments)

Receive and send secure messages

  • Send questions to the individual Health and Wellness departments. The Health and Wellness team monitors and responds to messages during regular business hours.
  • Send medication refill requests
  • Review confidential messages, such as lab results, from your Health and Wellness team
  • Ask a nurse a non-urgent question
  • Upload documents

Manage health and billing information

  • Review and update immunization and health histories
  • Review and update medications, allergies, and view appointment history
  • Review and update insurance information

Changes to demographic information must be made through your Colgate Student Portal account.

Protect your private health information

  • Always close your browser after logging out of your portal account
  • Never share your password
