Virtual Group Visits
The Office of Admission is offering virtual group visit sessions for current high school students in Grades 10–12. These 45 minute webinars are led by an admission officer and current student, and provide an overview of Colgate’s community and academic life. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions through the chat feature. We ask that these visits are scheduled between regular business hours (8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. EST). In-Person Group Visits
In-person group visits are not offered in the following months: December, January, April, May.
The Office of Admission is taking limited requests for in-person group visits. Visit requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis in relation to staff, space, and admission ambassador availability. Visit requests must be submitted a minimum of four weeks in advance. The group visit features a student guided tour only. Groups may be made up of high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. We do not accommodate tours for middle school or elementary school students. Due to staffing and space restrictions, we do not offer lunch in Colgate dining facilities. Groups must remain under 25 students, with one chaperone per every 10 students. Smaller groups are preferred. We cannot accommodate group visits on Saturdays or Sundays. No exceptions.
