The Office of Human Resources assists with the hiring of new employees and provides support for current employees.
Our diverse faculty and staff work tirelessly to provide students with one of the best higher education experiences in the world.
Colgate is committed to teaching and service at the highest level. It enrolls approximately 3,200 students. When you work for Colgate you become part of an institution which has provided superior education since 1819.
The quality of our staff is as important to preserving the standard of education as the quality of our faculty and students. To ensure that quality, we try to provide an environment where each employee is treated as an important contributor, and can continue to learn and grow.
International Staff Sponsorship Program
Colgate is piloting a new initiative designed to help fill critical vacancies while also providing additional support for international employees. This effort continues our efforts for greater diversity, equity, and inclusion for the institution, and it serves as another tool for retaining current employees. To that end, we are pleased to announce the launch of the International Family Staff Sponsorship Program (IFSS) which will be administered by the Office of the Provost and Dean of the Faculty, in collaboration with both the Human Resources Office and the Office of Equity and Diversity. For further details about this program please contact Associate Dean of the Faculty for Global and Local Initiatives, April Baptiste (email@example.com).

COVID-19 Vaccine Administration at Colgate
Colgate continues to require all students and employees to have completed a primary COVID-19 vaccine series and one booster when they are eligible. It is strongly recommended for community members to remain up to date with their vaccines (e.g. receiving all boosters for which they are eligible).
