Rachael Lovato

Rachael Lovato has joined Colgate University most recently from Syracuse University, and before that Springfield College where she served as a live-in Residential Life staff member in both places. In her time at Syracuse, Rachael led a community of first-year students and their RAs, and contributed to a department initiative to implement a residential curriculum. She also supervised several professional and graduate staff working in Residential Life. Rachael received her Master of Education with concentration in counseling from Springfield College and her Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University. Rachael is eager to continue to practice and promote holistic wellness and focus her work through a lens of building meaningful connections and intentionally focus on student learning.
