With competitions appropriate for any skill level, intramural sports offer students a healthy outlet for their athletic and competitive spirit.

About Intramural Sports

Intramural sports are athletics and recreation opportunities open to the entire campus community and are popular across the student body for a number of reasons:

  • An outlet for students who played a sport in high school that they are not formally pursuing in college.
  • An opportunity to learn and try new sports for students who have never competed before.
  • A healthy exercise opportunity paired with a social outlet, where students build community as teammates and competitors.

Coeducational Competition

Most of Colgate's intramural leagues feature coeducational teams, while others may be men or women only. These details can change over time, so students should check the restrictions of each league when considering whether they wish to register.

Intramurals

A variety of intramural programs for all fitness levels run throughout each semester. Updated schedules/registrations will be online at imleagues.com. Create your account and join the fun!
