On the latest episode of 13, hear author, podcaster, wellness aficionado, and decorated Navy SEAL Mark Divine ’85 talk about his path from Colgate economics major to a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy’s special operations force. 

Following graduation, Divine went on to earn his MBA from New York University. After spending a short time in the world of finance, he decided to leave Wall Street to serve his country. He joined the Navy and retired at the rank of commander in 2011. 

In addition to these considerable accomplishments, Divine is an author, podcast host, life coach, motivational speaker, certified public accountant, certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher, and a blackbelt in two forms of martial arts.
