More than 25 area physicians participate in this program which allows students to shadow professionals in family practice, radiology, ophthalmology, emergency medicine, osteopathic medicine, orthopedic surgery, dentistry, nursing, and veterinary science.
Train as a volunteer EMT
Train as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with the Southern Madison County Ambulance Corps, the Madison Ambulance Corps, and the Hamilton Fire Department.
Support for internships
Dr. Merrill Miller Endowed Fellowship
This fellowship offers financial assistance to students participating in unpaid internships in health or other science related fields.
John A. Golden ’66 Endowed Fellowship
Funding is available for highly qualified students interested in pursuing a career in human medicine through a summer internship or research position.
