Class of 1982
Civil rights attorney and law professor Clare Pastore ’82 began her advocacy journey at Colgate. While the University had only recently begun coeducation, Pastore found a place where she could grow into a leader.
All of these students come together to form a community and are part of our Colgate family.
Assistant Dean and Director of International Student Services
Colgate's international student community joins us from 44 countries around the world. Assistant Dean Kerra Hunter, along with the Office of International Student Services, helps them learn to feel at home in Central New York.
Sharing ecosystems and nature with people is what I love to do.
Arnold and Mabel Beckman Scholar
Jacob Watts ’21
In the Professor Eddie Watkins' fern ecophysiology lab, Watts studies why some ferns grow directly on other plants, rather than in the soil. His research has been published in the Annals of Botany and the International Journal of Plant Sciences and won him multiple grants and fellowships.
