Personal and small group training

In collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, Colgate Recreation offers a series of group exercise classes tailored to fit into a busy workday. Focus on Fitness programming is free and open to Colgate employees and their spouses/domestic partners.

While employees receive registration priority, some classes may be opened to other gym members for a registration fee.
