Group exercise classes in the ’Gate Fitness program are open to those at all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced — everybody fits.

During Spring 2020, while all recreational facilities are closed, members of the Colgate community are encouraged to explore virtual recreation and wellness opportunities.

The fitness classes in the ’Gate Fitness program are open to all Colgate students, faculty, and staff, as well as those with a current fitness membership or day pass.

Physical Education Program

Colgate's curriculum includes a physical education requirement. Consistent, documented participation in ’Gate Fitness classes may count toward the physical education graduation requirement as part of the Wellness Passport.
