Group exercise classes in the ’Gate Fitness program are open to those at all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced — everybody fits.

The fitness classes in the ’Gate Fitness program are open to all Colgate students, faculty, and staff and Trudy Fitness Center members.

Members of the Colgate community are encouraged to explore virtual recreation and wellness opportunities.

’Gate Fitness classes run during each academic semester as allowed. Spring 2022 dates: Jan 31 - May 6 (No Classes during Spring Break 3/11 - 3/20)  Class Schedule

Students may earn hours toward their Wellness Passport PE credit by attending the classes below.   Students are responsible for registering for the Wellness Passport on the PE registration and for checking in at each class to ensure their time is recorded on their getinvolve.colgate.edu account.
