Group exercise classes in the ’Gate Fitness program are open to those at all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced — everybody fits.

Physical Education Program

Colgate's curriculum includes a physical education requirement. Consistent, documented participation in ’Gate Fitness classes may count toward the physical education graduation requirement as part of the Wellness Passport.
