Kraynak Institute for the Study of Freedom and Western Traditions
Focus: Free speech, free enterprise, and constitutional democracy
The Kraynak Institute upholds the ideal of a classical liberal arts education through rigorous engagement with political theory, intellectual history, and Western traditions. It also hosts a signature Constitution Day Debate, public lectures, and a summer scholars program.
Lampert Institute for Civic and Global Affairs
Focus: Public policy
The Lampert Institute focuses on global public policy through its Changing World Order Initiative and Science, Technology, and Public Policy Initiative. Programs include the Sophomore Residential Seminar with a travel component and summer research fellowships for pursuing self-directed projects off campus.
