2. Complete the new user registration:
a. Identifier: DOB (MMDDYYYY) + Last 4 digits of SSN
b. Registration Code: colgate (lowercase)

The final biometric screening event for the 2019 year will be held Tuesday, October 15. Sign up will close October 1.
