Colgate's ITS office provides access for all faculty and full-time staff to Adobe Creative Cloud (CC).
Creative Cloud at Colgate
Colgate faculty and full-time staff can download, install and use the full collection of Creative Cloud apps including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Audition, and much more.
Claim an Adobe Creative Cloud license for your Colgate account now then follow instructions for Colgate-owned or personally-owned computers, below. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact the ITS Service Desk team on 315-228-7111 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Faculty and staff may install the applications on up to two computers. One of those must be a College-owned computer, and the other may be either a College or personally-owned computer. Please note that this access is only for Colgate faculty and full-time staff. Do not share your Colgate username and password or the software with others. Sharing this software is a violation of our community’s agreement with Adobe. When you share your username and password, the actions of others can affect the entire community.
To Install on a Colgate-Owned Computer
To install the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite on a Colgate-owned computer, please download the Creative Cloud App Manager. Use the links below for instructions:
*It make take up to 15 min for the software to show up in your Software Center /Self Service after claiming your license.
To Install on a Personally-Owned Computer

Access Adobe Creative Cloud on a Campus Computer
In addition to licensing for individual faculty and staff members, all faculty, staff, and students can access and use the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite on public computers and in labs on including:
- Digital Learning and Media Center (DLMC, 5th floor Case-Geyer)
