Provides up to $42,000 annual funding for graduate study in foreign affairs, plus mentoring and professional development help to prepare Fellows to enter the US Foreign Service.

Candidates must:
- Be a US citizen
- Simultaneously be seeking admission to a 2-year, full-time graduate degree program in public policy, international affairs, public administration, business, economics, political science, sociology, or foreign languages (this excludes law school)
- Have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Be available for two summer internships
