Candidates must:
- Be a US citizen
- Simultaneously be seeking admission to a 2-year, full-time graduate degree program in international affairs or a related field such as economics, history, political science, public administration, communications, public policy, business administration, or foreign languages (this excludes law school)
- Have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or higher
