A competitive fellowship that enables students to pursue a Doctoral degree aligned to the DoD services Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) in research and development at a U.S. institution.
Candidates must:
- Be a US citizen or national; dual citizens may apply
- Be enrolled in their final year of undergraduate studies through the second year of a traditional PhD program
- Be enrolled in full-time programs leading to graduate degrees in fields specified in the DoD services Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) research and development discipline
- Attend an accredited U.S. institution of higher education
- Attend the DoD National NDSEG Fellows Conference within their award term
