Colgate University’s study abroad program has ranked first in the annual Institute for International Education Open Doors Survey of semester-long travel at undergraduate institutions.

This academic year marks the 10th anniversary of Ciccone Commons, the first Residential Commons established at Colgate University. Since its launch in 2015, the program has grown to four communities that gather students with similar interests and passions to extend learning beyond the classroom.

The celebration’s opening ceremony and keynote address set the tone for a week of learning, dialogue, and collective action grounded in community, empathy and justice.

Mr. Robert Hung Ngai Ho ’56, H’11, C.M., O.B.C., passed away peacefully in Vancouver, Canada, on Nov. 30, 2025, at the age of 93.
