Colgate University’s study abroad program has ranked first in the annual Institute for International Education Open Doors Survey of semester-long travel at undergraduate institutions.

While at Colgate as Christian A. Johnson Foundation Artist-in-Residence, Maxwell met with classes, gave a lecture, and shared his work in progress with an open studio in Bernstein Hall.

This year’s fellows are Class of 2025 graduates Paul Schulze, Jinting Guo, and Shanely Perez, along with Senior Residential Fellow Marissa Bordonaro ’24.
