Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing routine system maintenance the week of Aug 10th - Aug 16th. Please review the schedule and expected impacts below:
Wednesday, August 12th | 7:00 a.m.
System: Global Protect (remoteaccess.colgate.edu) version 6.3.3 set as default
Impact: Clients will be prompted to install the newer version upon connection after the new version has been made the default.
Friday, August 14th | 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
System: Campus firewall
Impact: The Athletic Cameras and Isolation network segments will be moved from one firewall appliance to another. There will be a brief interruption in traffic to the campus network during the process.
