CU Well and Colgate recreation are happy to present the summer 2024 Employee Focus on Fitness series. These classes are designed to support and encourage our faculty and staff to build healthy habits and overall lifestyle. All classes are free to Colgate employees and their spouses/domestic partners (this includes Trudy Fitness Center members). Non-Colgate participants should contact C.J. Molina at cmolina@colgate.edu for information. Classes are sponsored by the Human Resources Department's CU Well Program and the Department of Recreation.
