Louis Altman

Louis “Lou” Altman began on November 7 as an assistant director of career development/common good and pre-law adviser. Lou received his master’s in rehabilitation counseling from SUNY Buffalo and his JD from NYU School of Law. He was previously employed by Veterans Health Administration as a vocational rehabilitation counselor. He enjoys songwriting, walking, cinema, and spending time with his wife, Portia.

Beverly “Bev” Campbell began on August 29 as a custodian. Bev received her master’s in human service family children counseling. She was previously employed by Springbrook. She enjoys hiking, reading, painting, and watching her children (Colin, Catherine, and Christine) play sports, and spending time with her dog, Weston, cat Gracie, bird Toni, and shark Starkie.

Christopher Conley

Christopher “Boomer” Conley began on November 16 as recreation and physical education operations coordinator. Boomer was previously employed at Notre Dame Junior/Senior High School as a physical education teacher/boys varsity head golf coach. He received his MS in sport management and BS in business administration with a concentration in sport management. He enjoys playing golf, watching sports, exercising, catching up on the latest Netflix shows, and spending time with family/friends and his wife, Shauna, and dog Dubbs.

William Cotter II

William “Will” Cotter II began on October 10 as an assistant director of university events. Will was previously employed by the Hamilton Inn as a general manager. He enjoys golfing, going to his family camp at Lebanon Reservoir, walking his dog, Cooper, watching the Buffalo Bills, and spending time with friends.

Kristin Garrity

Kristin Garrity began on November 18 as an assistant athletic trainer. Kristin was previously employed at Utica University as an assistant athletic trainer. She received her undergraduate degree in athletic training from East Stroudsburg University and her master’s in kinesiology from James Madison University. She enjoys reading, baking, hiking, lifting, and spending time with her partner, Nick.

Cara Howe began on October 24 as university archivist and head of Special Collections and University Archives. Cara received her bachelor’s in legal studies from SUNY Geneseo, MSLIS from Syracuse University, and MA in museum studies from Syracuse University. She was previously employed by Upstate Medical University as assistant director of archives and special collections. She enjoys triathlons, swimming, coaching softball, cooking, DIY home improvement projects, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and children Avery, Nolan, and Sydney.

Hunter Kowalski

Hunter “Huncho” Kowaleski began on October 27 as a campus safety officer. Huncho received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He was previously employed by Cazenovia Golf Club. He has a doberman/chocolate lab mix 1-year-old puppy named Levi.

Charles Mathison began on October 10 as assistant director of financial aid. Charles attended St. Olaf College. He was previously employed by St. Olaf College as an assistant director of financial aid. He enjoys playing soccer, fly-fishing, cooking, backpacking in national parks, and spending time with his wife, Harper.

Heather Meehan

Heather Meehan began on October 31 as an admissions administrative assistant. Heather received her AS in early childhood education. She was previously employed by Madison County. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Sean, children Caleb, George, Connor, Emily, and Ali, and their dog, Brady.

Skye Rose began on September 19 as an admissions administrative assistant. Skye received her bachelor’s from SUNY Geneseo. She was previously employed by Parry’s General Store. She enjoys music, art, hiking, and spending time with her partner, Artemis, and dog Ziggy. 

Mike Schneeman began on November 28 as a custodian. Mike was previously employed as a custodian at Presbyterian Home for Central New York. He attended Gloucester County Christian School. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and children Aryana and Trinity.

Morgan Snow

Morgan Snow began on October 10 as director of fraternity and sorority advising. Morgan received her BS and BA from SUNY Buffalo State and MS in student affairs and higher education from Miami University. She previously was employed by Northwestern University as a fraternity and sorority life specialist. She enjoys crafting, knitting, crocheting, cooking, baking, learning new fun facts, and spending time with her dog, Blossom.

Stanley Welsh began on November 28 as an electrician. Stanley was previously employed by the village of Hamilton as a lineman. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea.

Michael Wilcox

Michael “Mike” Ahearn Wilcox began on November 28 as a classroom and event support specialist. Mike received his BFA in computer art and animation, minor of music performance, and MFA in computer art, ongoing, from Syracuse University. He was previously employed at Mohawk Valley Community College as technical coordinator of events and guest services, and Syracuse University as instructor for audio production and recording (continuing). He is a coffee and tea enthusiast, and enjoys video games, music production and sound design, and spending time with his wife, Claire, dog Mako, and cats Harold, Lucy, and Tessa.
