On-Demand Shuttle

The university provides on-demand shuttle service to the Colgate community and to campus visitors. The service helps those arriving in Syracuse and Utica access campus easily and safely.

Getting to Campus

Regularly scheduled commercial flights are available from Syracuse, the nearest major airport. Hamilton’s airport, just north of campus, is used by private planes.

Greater Binghamton Airport

Amtrak service to New York City, Boston, Chicago, and other major cities is available at the Utica station.

Utica Amtrak

There are bus stations in Utica, Syracuse, and Binghamton, with services including Greyhound and Trailways (check company websites for terminals in specific cities).

In addition, Megabus offers transportation to Port Authority in New York City on Fridays and Sundays.

  • Fridays 2:20 p.m.: Leaving for NYC from Colgate
  • Sundays 12:30 p.m.: Leaving for Colgate from NYC
