Frequently Asked Questions

All alumni are welcome to return for reunion. We will be celebrating those with class years ending in 1 and 6. We will also honor our 50th reunion class, the class of 1976, and the 25th reunion class, the class of 2001.

Colgate staff members are working with volunteers from each class to plan special programming to honor these anniversaries. If you'd like to be involved in your class planning efforts, please contact alumni@colgate.edu.

We will celebrate a number of special anniversaries at Reunion 2025, including the following:

  • 15th anniversary of the Mantiphondrakes
  • 30th anniversary of Tri Delta
    40th anniversary of AOC
    50th anniversary o Sojourners
    60th anniversary of Rugby
  • 105th anniversary of Men's Lacrosse

Registration opens for the classes of 1952-1976 on October 8, 2025.

For all other classes, registration opens on February 16 and closes May 15. Early bird registration ends April 15.

We can accommodate walk-in registration during the weekend from 8 a.m. - midnight in Donovan's Pub. Please note, the Raider Weekend and Full Weekend options are still the only options, and on-campus housing might be limited.

Campus Housing
Campus housing will be available as part of the reunion registration form. If you have any questions about on-campus housing, please call Shelby Doyle at 315-228-7700. Please note, we have limited on-campus housing available for reunion.

Off-Campus Housing
Off-campus accommodations, such as local house rentals, must be secured independently. A non-exhaustive list of area B&Bs and other local rentals can be found here, and many residents may list on Airbnb.

We expect to be able to accommodate a limited number of RVs for reunion weekend. Site reservations will be accepted through reunion registration.

Please note that RV parking will be assigned in the General Use Lot (near Tyler's Field, behind Community Memorial Hospital) and no hookups will be provided. RV parking will be restricted to assigned locations only in order to ensure adequate parking for regular sized vehicles throughout campus.

Email alumni@colgate.edu to become involved in your class’s reunion planning efforts.

Reunion Refund Policy
Colgate's Reunion fees cover costs associated with registration, housing, meals, programming, and more. Refunds can be accommodated up to May 15, 2026 less a non-refundable $15 processing fee. The $15 processing fee will apply to all cancellations; this fee offsets costs the Office of Alumni Engagement incurs each time a monetary transaction is processed. Changes to registration options will not incur a $15 processing fee.

The Airport, Train, and Bus Shuttle service can be booked for trips between the campus and Syracuse or Utica.

If you have any questions, please contact alumni@colgate.edu.

Colgate will provide a list of babysitters as Reunion approaches.
