How to do Business with Colgate University

Thank you for your interest in Colgate University. The attached Vendor Profile Form (PDF) and the W-9 form will be required in order for you to be considered for all bidding and quote requests from Colgate University. Please include any line cards, catalogs, and account representative contacts with your form.

Colgate University is partnering with SunGard AvantGard to eliminate paper checks.  Vendors who conduct business with Colgate University will be receiving a notification letter in the mail in the coming days.  This letter will contain the details of the program along with instructions on how to enroll in the program.  If you would like to receive electronic payments from Colgate, you will be required to enroll in this new program.
