The Longyear Museum of Anthropology is planning a spring exhibition on food. The exhibition will include sections on Haudenosaunee foodways, local agriculture, and immigrant food traditions. Themes will include food sovereignty, justice and access, economic development, and memory and identity. Museum staff and students are currently working to develop content and programming in collaboration with Colgate University classes and local community members. If you would like to be involved or are interested in learning more about the project, please contact Christy DeLair (315-228-6643, email@example.com).
