Group visit requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. While we make every effort to accommodate your request, our resources are limited so we ask that your group meet the following guidelines:
- We happily welcome 10th through 12th grade students to campus during the week.
- Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 30 students at once, with one adult for every ten students.
- Visitor traffic in the Office of Admission can get very busy. Given our academic and recruitment calendars, we cannot accommodate groups in the months of December, January, March, April, and May.
- Groups visit itineraries commonly consist of a campus tour and a meal in Frank Dining Hall, at $4 per person. Groups are welcome to submit a request for funding.
We understand your plans may change. Please notify us accordingly. Cancellations must be submitted at least three days in advance. If delayed, please contact the Office of Admission at 315-228-7401 as soon as possible so that your itinerary can be adjusted. Certain aspects of your visit may be cancelled if you arrive late.
