Since graduating from college with degrees in English, Education and lacrosse, I have worn just about every hat within the Human Resources realm. Thanks to the grit, perseverance and level of integrity that I developed by the time I graduated, I was able to overcome the adversity I have faced in the sometimes tumultuous HR landscape. I am the Director of Sustainability at Daily Harvest, a prepared frozen meal delivery service that helps you stock your home with delicious food that's built on organic fruits and vegetables. I lead sustainability strategy and program development, ensuring the business' social and environmental impacts are considered across every facet of the company including sourcing, operations, and communications. Previously, I was Director of Impact Strategy at Sir Kensington's, a Unilever-held natural condiments brand, where I built the sustainability and social impact programs from the ground up. I received my Master of Environmental Management at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and my BA from Colgate University in 2009 with a double major in Behavioral Neuroscience and Women's Studies.

After working in Admission at Colgate immediately after graduating, I spent my early career in consulting with Deloitte's Human Capital practice, helping companies with the people dimension of their business challenges. Drawn to the mountains, I moved to Vermont in 2012 where I built an independent consulting practice, and later joined a marketing agency to build their customer insights capability and improve their consultative services. In 2019, I joined Vail Resorts as a Human Resources leader, partnering with mountain resort and corporate leaders on the organization, talent and culture priorities that enable our business success. I now live and work in Denver, Colorado and continue to get to the mountains as frequently as I can.

I serve as Vice President of Strategy and Chief of Staff for American Express' Global Services Group (GSG), which covers all of the company's customer service and travel call center operations, real estate, procurement, and other critical shared services. In this role, I work alongside the GSG senior leadership team to provide strategic and tactical support to execute our strategy, including business and people planning, budgeting and reporting, communications, and ad hoc strategic projects. I have been at American Express for over 10 years serving in various roles across finance, travel, and regulatory risk and compliance. Before Amex, I worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and also spent time as an internal consultant for a global gaming & gambling company. I graduated with a major in Russian Studies, and I also hold an MBA from Columbia Business School, where I work as a part-time teaching assistant for the Private Equity Program. A New York City native, I currently live in Harlem with my husband and our two dogs.

Senior Director, Individual Stewardship, The Night Ministry
I started my career as a Big Firm lawyer working my way up to partner. When I had my son, Thor, (Colgate  Class of 2026) I realized that while law more than paid the bills, it didn't feed my soul. I left to found my own nonprofit, Purple Asparagus, which educated tens of thousands of children about eating that's good for the body and the planet. In 2020, I earned my Executive MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and merged Purple Asparagus into a nationally focused organization, Healthy Schools Campaign. After a short break, I joined The Night Ministry as its Senior Director of Individual Stewardship where I practice the gentle art of asking donors to part with their money to provide housing, health care, and human connection to individuals struggling with homelessness.

I am the Executive Director of CitySeed, a dynamic, community-based nonprofit organization based in New Haven, Connecticut, whose mission is to engage the community in growing an equitable, local food system that promotes economic development, community development, and sustainable agriculture. I bring a decade of multidisciplinary leadership within nonprofits, think tanks, and startups to this role. I led national programs and built strategic relationships with donors at Feeding America, the second-largest nonprofit in the United States. As President of Slow Food Chicago, I led the organization's strategy to promote good, clean, fair food for all. I have also held research, fundraising, and sustainability roles with The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, The Greater Chicago Food Depository, and Sir Kensington's. I received my B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies, focused on international social justice. I earned my Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies where I co-founded the Regenerative Agriculture Initiative and was involved in entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives.

After graduating from Colgate in 2019 with a major in Peace and Conflict Studies and double minors in Religion and Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, I was hired as a Program Assistant at the Council on Foreign Relations in August of that year. CFR is a leading nonprofit and nonpartisan think tank, a member organization, and the publisher of Foreign Affairs. I work in the New York office in the membership department, now as Program Associate, focusing on administering our application process, serving as a resource to our members, and staffing new member events and committee meetings while also providing support to our meetings and membership leadership team.

Social Worker, Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center

I applied my Political Science/Anthropology majors from Colgate to tackle social injustices and facilitate positive changes by working alongside populations and individuals who have been systematically excluded. My nonprofit career has included positions at the Vera Institute of Justice, AARP, and various state and local level agencies throughout the country. In 2018, four weeks after starting graduate school for a Master of Social Work and Master of Public Health at the University of Georgia, I was diagnosed with cancer; but with support from fellow Colgate alumni, I graduated and worked as a Medical Social Worker at the hospital where I was treated. In 2013, I also founded a nonprofit (Beyond Breed) that helps people keep their family pets while they navigate a medical, financial, or other crisis of their own. I started my career in NYC as a Relationship Manager at Talener, a technology staffing and recruiting agency. After seven instrumental years at Talener, which included moving to Boston to build a new location, I decided to pivot my career and join GetSwift within the operations team. Within GetSwift, a last-mile delivery logistics software company, I worked to onboard clients to the platform and ensure the customer's success. In my current role, I oversee our product management, project management, and customer success teams.

Software Engineer, BlackBoiler

I'm a software engineer at a legal tech startup called BlackBoiler, in Washington DC. Previously, I worked for a cyber-security startup (Ironnet) that went public on the NYSE this fall. In my current role, I do full-stack engineering with a focus on cloud infrastructure and applied machine learning. While at Colgate, I studied abroad in Australia, was on the rowing team, and was involved in Greek life. I'm really excited to get to know you and chat about what might be ahead!

I graduated in 2010 with a major in economics. I started my career at a boutique consulting firm, specializing in the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods space. Instead of going to business school like my peers, was interested in pivoting to the tech ecosystem. I joined Box and the Customer Success organization (account management). I spent close to a decade at Box in a variety of different roles — account manager, people manager/leadership, internal operations/productivity/enablement, chief of staff, and ultimately led the Scaled Customer Success organization and the Customer Retention strategy. In 2021, I joined Faire (where I still am today), bringing my two passions together — Retail and Customer Success — to lead and scale the Customer Success function.

After graduating from Colgate in 2020, I started my career at Veeva as an Analytics Services Associate as part of the Analytics Development Program. In this role, I work collaboratively with marketing agencies to measure pharmaceutical advertising campaigns. In my day-to-day, I rely on my Colgate education (Neuroscience major and Econ minor) to effectively communicate and apply qualitative learnings to qualitative datasets in a fast-paced environment. Outside of work, I love being in New York where I live with one of my Colgate roommates & two of our classmates live upstairs!

I spent the first eight years of my career at PVH corp, which is a holding company for many fashion brands. My responsibilities while at PVH were focused predominantly in strategy development (commercial, supply chain, and digital strategy). Upon completing my MBA I decided to change careers and moved into the life sciences industry. I currently work as an Associate Director of Enterprise Strategy at Novo Nordisk, the position focuses on establishing corporate wide strategies that help enhance the various pharmaceutical therapy areas that Novo Nordisk focuses on.

I had the opportunity to work across a variety of industries and learn a wide range of business and analytical skills. I've worked in digital media advertising analytics for the past 10 years since graduating from Colgate. I have worked at publishers like Conde Nast, VICE, NBC, and currently work at Spotify as their Head of Campaign Intelligence across music and podcasting. At Colgate, I did a brief and unsuccessful stint on the track team before finding my true calling as an outside center on the rugby team. Additionally, I was in Kappa and participated in every cabaret and musical possible after my roommate convinced me to audition for Reefer Madness my freshman year.

I graduated from Colgate in 1997 majoring in Political Science and Biology. I have spent my entire career in data science — which was not a term when I started out. In my work at Chatham University, I organize K–12 overnight summer camps, field trips, conferences, teacher professional development, and other initiatives connected to our sustainable campus. I also teach courses on "Education for Sustainability" and "Intergroup Dialogue" as adjunct faculty. I also co-own an environmental justice consulting and facilitation firm called Just by Nature, which organizes a dialogue hike series called "Race in the Outdoors." Before Chatham, I worked in the green building, energy, and outdoor education fields in various capacities. I am a senior media executive with over 20 years of content production, strategy, and business development experience spanning feature films, cable television, and digital media. Most recently, I spent four years as Chief Content Officer for Peloton Interactive where he oversaw all aspects of Production, Talent, and Studio Operations for the streaming fitness company. Previously, I was Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Fuse Media, the parent company of the Fuse cable television network, and General Manager of The Writers Network, a startup contributor network he founded while an executive at IAC. Prior to my work in television and digital media, I spent eight years working in feature film development in Hollywood, most prominently as Creative Executive for Village Roadshow Pictures, whose credits include the iconic Matrix films, the Oceans series, and I Am Legend. I have been in the commercial banking department with Tompkins Trust Company for 30 years. Positions have included commercial lender, cash management product manager, small business lending manager, and now regional manager for the Commercial Banking Team. I have stayed connected with Colgate as an alumni admissions representative and member of the class gift committee. My husband and I have three boys; the youngest is a senior at Bucknell. After completing my degree in Political Science and Economics at Colgate, I earned a Master in Public Affairs degree from Princeton University. Associate Policy Researcher, RAND Corporation

I am a policy researcher for RAND, a nonprofit, non-partisan policy research organization. I collect and analyze data to examine the implementation and estimate the effects of programmatic interventions and public policy changes. Most of my research focuses on education and workforce development policy. I earned a Ph.D. in Education Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University and currently reside in Washington, D.C.

Senior Associate, Synapse Energy Economics

I provide consulting services including policy and regulatory analysis on a wide range of energy and environmental issues. I have over 17 years of experience in demand-side markets and clean energy policy. Prior to Synapse, I held positions with National Grid, where I led the development of energy efficiency programs, and PennFuture and Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships where I worked to inform legislative and regulatory outcomes that support energy efficiency and renewable energy. I have testified before legislative committees and regulatory commissions and have served on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Renewable Energy Coalition.

I am a Research Analyst in CNA's China and Indo-Pacific Security Affairs Division. I conduct research and analyses for US Government sponsors related to the People's Republic of China. Prior to joining CNA, I worked as a teaching and research assistant at Stanford University and later the Hoover Institution, where I focused on US-China relations. I have a bachelor of arts in Chinese language and international relations from Colgate University and a master's degree in East Asian studies from Stanford University. I studied Chinese at Peking University in Beijing and have had multiple opportunities to work and travel in China.

After Colgate, I volunteered for a Senate campaign in Ohio that was ultimately successful and brought me to Capitol Hill. On the Hill, I first started as a Staff Assistant and then later transitioned to do policy work focused on issues ranging from budget, tax, and trade to telecom and technology. After leaving the Hill, I worked for Cox Enterprises as a federal lobbyist for two years before moving to San Jose to manage operations for eBay's global Government Relations team. I recently switched roles and I'm now doing federal policy work based in eBay's Washington, D.C. office.

After graduating from Colgate with a degree in Psychological Science, I moved to Cincinnati to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteer in Service to America) with the City of Cincinnati in the Department of City Planning. MD Candidate (2025), University of Illinois College of Medicine

After graduating from Colgate, I worked in strategy healthcare consulting for three years in Boston (ClearView Healthcare Partners, Artisan Healthcare Consulting). As a consultant, I helped provide pharma and biotech companies with strategies to enhance their cancer drug clinical development and commercialization. Currently, I am a first-year medical student at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. I am also in the clinician executive business program at UICOM, where I hope to leverage my consulting experience to help improve patient outcomes by impacting the way clinicians deliver care.

I have served as a volunteer forensic dentist after the 911 tragedy and as a volunteer dentist in the most remote village in Alaska. I have also served as President of the NY County Dental Society and adjunct professor in Ethics at Columbia Dental School. I majored in Biology at Colgate and I am the parent of Emily, class of 2002.

I am an employed allergy/immunology physician at Rochester Regional Health. I trained in internal medicine and then completed an additional two years of allergy/immunology training. I see adults and children for all allergic conditions. I am involved in clinical research and teaching of PAs, NPs, medical students, residents, and allergy fellows. I am also chair of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI) Adverse Reactions to Drugs, Biologics, and Latex Committee and have published extensively in drug allergy.

After graduation in 2020, I briefly worked as a medical assistant for a retina specialist before accepting my current role in the Office of the Commissioner of MLB. Before jumping into consulting, I was the Chief Innovation and Performance Officer at Brooklyn Public Library, Director of the Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics (Civic Innovation) in Philadelphia, and Director of the Mayors' Institute on City Design, where I had the opportunity to work with mayors, designers, and developers from across the country. After Colgate, I worked for two years in fundraising and then went to graduate school at the London School of Economics, where I got my master's degree in City Design and Social Science. I made the (unplanned) move out of Brooklyn during COVID, and now live in the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks with my husband, daughter, and chocolate lab.

I am an advisor and entrepreneur, with global experience across sectors and industries. Over the course of my career, I've advised talent development for the mining company Rio Tinto in Mongolia, maternal and child health philanthropy with the NGO Born Free Africa, and the COVID-19 response in Newark, NJ. Now, I focus on my company Convers(ate), which makes work feel more human through facilitated conversation sessions. (I led almost 100 of these conversations in 2021.) I'm also a mom!

After receiving my undergraduate degree at Colgate, I stayed for a fifth year to complete the M.A.T. program. I taught middle and high school English before moving back to Hamilton in 2015 to open Flour & Salt Bakery, which I own with my husband and fellow Colgate alum Brendan O'Connor. In June of 2021, eight months after welcoming our daughter Sloane, we opened Martha's On Madison, a specialty grocery and fromagerie attached to a full-service tavern, across the village from the bakery.

I am a Philadelphia-based baker and I operate my business Paistries, right from my home kitchen. After losing my job in March of 2020 because of the pandemic, I started teaching virtual baking classes to people all over the world. Clinical Co-Supervisor (Volunteer), Walter Leitner International Human Rights Clinic at Fordham Law School

I currently work as Associate Director for NYU Law School's Public Interest Resource Center and as a human rights attorney and co-supervisor of the Walter Leitner International Human Rights Clinic at Fordham Law School. I currently co-supervising two clinical projects focused on 1) drafting a human rights report that applies abolitionist theory to international human rights advocacy and creating guiding principles for anti-carceral human rights advocacy; and 2) drafting a bill on protection from sexual gender-based violence in Kuwait that synthesizes human rights norms and non-carceral responses to reporting, protection, and accountability mechanisms. From 2017–18, I joined Amnesty International Japan, where I focused on designing and implementing comprehensive gender and sexuality human rights educational materials targeting secondary schools and universities. From 2018–21, I worked with The Center for Reproductive Rights and was responsible for using international human rights law to strengthen domestic (U.S.) legal advocacy and advance reproductive rights as fundamental human rights that governments around the world are obligated to protect, respect, and fulfill.

I work for a real estate investment manager based in Chicago with $40 billion in assets under management. We invest in commercial real estate across the world including offices, apartments, retail, industrial, self-storage, medical office, senior housing, and student housing. I'm a member of Heitman's Investment Research Group, an internal team responsible for researching trends to order to form investment strategies. I specifically focus on the office, senior housing, single-family rental, and student housing sectors. Before joining JLL, I worked at JLL as part of the capital markets team and research team, focused on selling office buildings in the Washington, D.C. metro area. I am a plant biologist who studies evolution. My focal trait is floral color, and I ask questions in my research about how floral color influences pollination, improves plant survivability in the environment and influences speciation. I am both in the lab studying gene expression, assembling genomes, looking for genetic variants, and analyzing plant pigments as well as in the field collecting plants, performing experiments, and observing pollinators.

Prior to this, I spent 14 years as a drug discovery scientist where I led multidisciplinary teams in all phases of oncology drug discovery, from target identification to clinical trials. After graduating from Colgate in 2000 with a concentration in Chemistry, I completed a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at the University of Illinois.  There I found my niche in computational chemistry and learned that I could apply my background to the discovery of new medicines in the pharmaceutical industry.  After a few frustrating months in the job market, I began working at Merck as an individual contributor on infectious disease and neuroscience programs.  A few years later my role slowly morphed into a management-focused role and now I lead a group of scientists who use computational chemistry to discover and manufacture new medicines and vaccines.
