Colgate will offer on-campus housing for guests of graduating seniors between Friday, May 18 and Monday, May 21, 2018
. Families of each graduating senior may reserve up to six (6) beds in our campus residence halls. Single, double, triple, and suite-style rooms are available at a rate of $45.00 per person, per night. Bed linens and towels are included, although we do recommend bringing blankets and pillows for your own comfort.
Requests for room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to be timely in your response. Due to limited space on campus, preferences for particular halls, facilities, and types of rooms are not guaranteed. Accommodations for guests with special needs can be made, although those spaces are also limited. Please be sure to list any specific requirements in your reservation form that might influence your placement.

For a full refund, cancellation requests must be made prior to Tuesday, May 1, 2018.
Confirmation will be sent to you via email to confirm your reservation, provide information regarding payment, and to provide information regarding the check-in process. Feel free to contact our office if you have not received confirmation by Friday, April 13, 2018.
Keys may be picked up by either the family or graduating senior on Friday May 18, between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. or on Saturday, May 19, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Our office is open Sunday, May 20 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Monday, May 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to allow for families to return keys. Please make appropriate arrangements to pick up and return keys during these times. There is a $150.00 lock change fee for any key not returned to the Office of Residential Life by 4:30 p.m. Monday, May 21, 2018.
