Workshop applicants may apply for aid in the form of scholarships or fellowships.

Scholarships help defray the cost of the workshop, and they are awarded in varying amounts, based on strength of the writing sample and the brief statement of need.

Fellowships cover the cost of tuition, housing, and food (but not travel to/from the conference).

The Matt Leone Fellowship and the Porch Fellowship will be awarded to applicants whose writing sample displays extraordinary achievement or promise.

For details on how to apply for a scholarship or fellowship, see the application form.

The deadline to apply for aid is March 18, 2022.
