If you find yourself saying things like, “Back in my day, when I applied to college...” you might need a refresher on the college admission process.
Explore: A college admission workshop.

Explore 2019

Thursday-Friday, July 18-19, 2019

The Explore workshop is designed as a service to our Colgate alumni community. Rising high school juniors and seniors - who are children and/or grandchildren of Colgate alumni - are invited to spend a couple of days here in Hamilton to learn about the college search and selection process. The workshop is broad-based and covers the selective college admission process generally (not Colgate admission, specifically).
More Information
Parents and students will be advised on the basics of the college admission process. Colgate staff members will lead various sessions on topics that include guidelines for researching colleges, how to prepare for a campus visit, tips for completing your application, and an in-depth look at the selection process through a mock-application review.
Program Fees and Accommodations
Fees cover all sessions and meals, therefore the cost for parent and student is the same.
