Based on recommendations from student health services, the University's emergency operations center, and in recognition of current recommendations from the CDC, the New York State Department of Health, and the Madison County Department of Health, dining services, in collaboration with University staff members, will begin delivering pre-boxed meals this Saturday, March 28.

Beginning March 28, all on-campus dining facilities are closed.

Ordering

Dining services will provide on-campus students with a weekly order form via email every Monday, due back every Wednesday evening, for meals for the following week. Students who do not complete the order form will receive a default option at meal times.

Meal Delivery

Dining services, in partnership with Colgate, will continue to provide three meals per day, seven days a week, to support all students approved to remain in on-campus housing, regardless of whether the student previously had a meal plan. Colgate University staff members have volunteered to deliver these meals to students, and reminder emails will be sent prior to each delivery, with estimated delivery windows as follows:

  • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m.–8 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11:15 a.m.–12 p.m.
  • Dinner: 5:00 p.m.–6 p.m.

Dietary Restrictions

Students remaining on campus should complete the dietary restrictions form. Dining services will double check meals against the information submitted via this form.
