Good gear, good rates, good folks are all found here, at the equipment rental section of Base Camp.
Students, faculty, staff and community members can rent anything from backpacks to snowshoes to sleeping bags. OERC (Outdoor Equipment Rental Center) is located underneath Base Camp.
Spring Semester Hours January 23 Through May 3
Monday-Thursday 4:15-7:15PM
After May 3, call X 6015 to make arrangements for rentals at least two days in advance.

Discount rates for group weekend camping are as follows:
2 people - complete rental of weekend camping gear $25.00
3 people - complete rental of weekend camping gear $30.00

Late returns
A late fee will be charged at the additional day rate for the number of days overdue.
Damaged gear
A repair/replacement fee may be charged.
3-hour rentals
Items must be picked up and dropped off on the same day (i.e. during OERC open hours).
We do not rent the following gear to the public: climbing harnesses, ropes, webbing, climbing hardware, ice climbing tools, boats, PFDs, avalanche gear.
