Student Life

Description: Pet Pals is a group for anyone who loves animals! Volunteers spread awareness about the unfortunate statistics of euthanasia when homes cannot be found for animals. However, Colgate students are fortunate enough to work with certain organizations which will never put animals to sleep simply because they cannot find a home.

Volunteers exercise, groom & socialize the animals and provide administrative help to the shelters.

Community: Pet Pals volunteer at Wanderers’ Rest and Spring Farm Cares. Volunteers go in groups of two or three in two-hour shifts once a week.
