Late Gate is a student organization that provides alternative weekend evening entertainment for all students on campus. Focusing on the first- and second-year experience in particular, Late Gate provides students with more opportunities to meet and interact with one another and explore
Colgate.
What does Late Gate do?
Over the course of the last three years, Late Gate has increased it’s programming and is now an integral aspect of the Colgate experience. Late Gate draws it’s inspiration from student interests, suggestions, and surveys that are distributed at multiple times throughout the semester. Some example events include Late Skate, which transforms Huntington gym into a Disco roller ink; Valentine’s Day “Build-A-Bear” in the Coop; laser tag; card tournaments; sponsored parties; and much more!
Upcoming Events
Next semester, Late Gate is excited to present drive-in movies, more tournaments,
and several off-campus events at venues such as the Stanley Theater.
