Scenario 5 - The Smoke Out

2 roommates are found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in their Broad Street House room after the false activation of a fire alarm. Their smoke detector was also discovered to have been covered and their smoking triggered a 2% alarm that alerted Campus Safety to a possible fire.

One of these students (student one) had a prior violation within 120 days.
