Support for Residence Halls and Student Groups

Residential Computer Consultants (RCC)

RCCs are students serving students in the dorms.  Every Colgate residence hall is assigned an RCC.  The RCC can visit your room and assist in setting up gaming systems, desktop computers, or any other computer problem or issue you may have.

Student groups are also assigned an RCC.  The RCC assigned to student groups can help in areas of webpage design and maintenance, server and data storage, computer networking, and computer repair.

Contact information for each RCC and the residence halls they are assigned are provided just prior to the start of each semester.  When available, they will be located on this page.
