Creating ColgateGuest Wireless User Accounts

*Guest user accounts are valid for 7 days*

  1. Open a web browser and go to http://guestadmin.colgate.edu
  2. Log in using your network username and password

 

3.  Type a username & password for the guest or click the “Generate” button to have the system create one for you.  If you create your own username use only lower case letters and no spaces.  Enter the guests email address to send them the account information.  Enter your email address in the “Sponsor Email” field so that you will have a record of the username and password.  Click the “create” button. 

4.  The “Create & Print” function is currently not working.   Make sure you make note of the username and password or provide a valid email address for the guest and yourself so that it’s sent to you.
