Specialty Software - All software not listed above ITS Funding and Cost Sharing is provided for a number of software titles. Cost Sharing may be provided if the software is being used for reasonable business reasons and it has been budgeted during the ITS yearly budget process in the fall of the preceding year (NOT at the time of purchase). Costs for items not budgeted will normally be borne 100% by department or user. Requests for unbudgeted cost sharing will be considered on a case-by-case basis. - Adobe Products - we have a volume agreement with Adobe which covers many of their products. The agreement allows Colgate to purchase most titles at the lowest academic discount.
- Microsoft Products - we have a series of volume agreements with Microsoft. Most titles not listed above may be purchased through ITS.
