Team responsibilities
Supports the desktop and office technology used by faculty and staff across campus. This support is provided by phone, email, chats, remote connection and office visits.

The Client Support Services (CSS ), supplies and supports all Colgate standard hardware and software and provides tools to help users become self-sufficient.
